Tenders are invited for Construction of Package 1K (Ch. 21+440 km to Ch. 24+000 km) Bid Security (LKR Mn.): 200000000 Required Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) & Financial Resources (FR): AACT: LKR 6,000 Mn; FR: LKR 830 Mn The procurement documents, prepared in English, will be issued during normal working days from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs at the above address from 24/08/2026 till 21/09/2026. To purchase Bidding Documents for each package, bidders should: i. Write to the address given under Item 3 requesting the respective bidding documents. ii. Pay a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees 300,000.00 (with VAT) by cash or bank draft drawn in favour of the Director General Road Development Authority, Account No. 0000001943 Bank of Ceylon Corporate Branch. iii. Produce a certified copy of valid certificate of registration issued in accordance with Article 8 of Public Contracts Act No. 3 of 1987 and its subsequent amendments. 5.
