The Existing Plates Are Cracked And Damaged Andrequire Replacement. The Replacement Plates Shall Match The Originaldimensions, Configuration, And Fitment Requirements. Based On Thesupplied Sample And Sketch, The Comp Onent Is A Circular Aluminiumagitator Mounting Plate. The Provided Images Show The Cracked Existingplate And Dimensional Sketch Used For Fabrication.2. Scope Of Work1.#Vendor Shall Inspect The Existing Aluminium Plate Sample Provided Bydewa And Verify All Dimensio Ns Before Fabrication.2.#Fabricate 06 Nos Aluminium Plates Identical To The Existingcomponent In Dimensions, Profile, Mounting Arran Gement, Bore Sizes, Holelocations, Recesses, And Functional Requirements.1.#Vendor Shall Verify And Reproduce All Dimensions, Includ Ing Outsidediameter (Od), Thickness, Centre Bore, Hole Diameters, Hole Locations,Pitch Circle Diameter (Pcd), Recesses, And Mating S Urfaces As Per Thesample Provided By Dewa.2.#The Material Shall Be Aluminium Alloy Equivalent To Or Better Thanthe Existing Componen T And Suitable For The Intended Service Conditions.3.#All Machining Operations Shall Be Carried Out To Achieve Accuratedimensions, C Oncentricity, Alignment, And Surface Finish.4.#All Mounting Holes, Centre Bore, Recesses, And Mating Surfaces Shallbe Accurately Mac Hined To Ensure Proper Installation And Fitment.5.#Burrs, Sharp Edges, Machining Fabrication Of Eachplate.3.#Dewa Reserves The Right To Inspect And Verify Dimensions Beforefi Nal Acceptance.4.#Any Non-Conforming Plate Shall Be Repaired Or Replaced By The Vendorat No Additional Cost To Dewa.4.
