Interested bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents from the office of the Manager (Procurement & Stores), Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 (Rs. 1,653.58 + 2.5% SSCL + 18% VAT). Bidding Documents will be issued up to 1500 hrs. on 08.09.2026. A site visit will be conducted at 1000 hrs. on 02.09.2026 at the Aviation Refueling Terminal, Mattala. Participation in the site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will result in the bid being rejected as non-responsive.
