Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a Seed Processing Machine (Air-Screen Seed Cleaner- Cum-Grader) for the Nawamedagama Seed Paddy Processing Unit Dehiaththakandiya 03. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application to the Chief Accountant, District Secretariat, Ampara, between 21.08.2026 to 14.09. 2026. (09:00 hrs. - 15:00 hrs.), upon payment of a non-re fundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 per a supply package (cash payment only). 04. Bids shall remain valid until 03.11.2026 and each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 1% of the Bid Price (excluding VAT). The Bid Security shall remain valid until 01.12.2026. 05. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate, enclosed in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked original and copy, respectively. These two sealed envelopes shall be enclosed in a single outer sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant Bid Number. The completed bid shall be delivered to the District Secretary / Government Agent, Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, District Secretariat, Ampara, on or before 15.09.2026 at 10:30 hrs. Late bids will be rejected and authorized representatives who choose to attend. Pre Bid meeting will be held on 02.09.2026 at 10.30 am at District Secretariat Ampara. The decision of the Department Procurement Committee shall be final. The District Secretary reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason. The District Secretariat shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation or submission of their bids.
