The Building Has Two Floors, But Only The First Floor Is To Be Rehabilitated. This Floor Consists Of 14 Units. Apartments, Corridor, Common Room And Guard Room To Be Upgraded. Cloakrooms, Bucket Boxes, Common Storage And Technical Rooms Must Be As They Are, Except That Technical Rooms Must Be Sprinkled. On The 2Nd Floor, Some Minor Measures Will Be Taken To Remove Discrepancies In The Fire Report. The Contract Work Includes The Complete Contract Object, Which Mainly Consists Of Detailed Design And Building-Related Works Such As Renovation Of Internal Surfaces, New Floor Surfaces, Demolition, Assembly, Dismantling, Sprinkling And Establishment Of Smoke Separators. Implementation Model For The Project Is A Turnkey Contract Developed By The Client In Accordance With Ns 8407, With A Sketch/Preliminary Project Carried Out By Ark, Rie And Ribr. For The Subject Riv, Technical Descriptions Have Been Prepared For Sprinklers And Sanitary Facilities, Air Treatment Facilities And Auxiliary Plumbing Work Based On Ns 3420. Start-Up Of The Project Is Planned For November 2026. The Supplier Must Have The Capacity To Complete The Contract Object By 31 May 2027 At The Latest (Deadline).
