The Contracting Authority Announces The Current Public Tender For Awarding A Public Contract Under Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Zop, With The Subject: Engineering (Design, Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Exercise Of Authors Supervision) For The Site: Construction Of Site Sewerage And Drainage And Internal Repair Of The Basement Of The Building No. 52 Ilindenche, Located In The Residential Area Holy Trinity, 25 Plovdiv Street, Ilinden District, Metropolitan Municipality». Within The Scope Of This Assignment, The Following Activities Are Planned To Be Performed: Detailed Study, Survey And Filming And Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For The Site: Construction Of Site Sewerage And Drainage And Internal Repair Of The Basement Of The Dg No. 52 Ilindenche, Located In The Residential Area Holy Trinity, 25 Plovdiv Street, Ilinden District, Capital Municipality And Performing Authors Supervision During Construction. The Contractors Design Team Is Obliged To Exercise Authors Supervision During Construction On All Parts Of The Project In Accordance With Article 162 Of The Zut. The Designer Of The Relevant Part Must Be Present At The Drawing Up Of All Acts And Protocols Requiring The Participation Of A Designer, Mandatory According To The Category Of Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. Implementation Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works, According To The Prepared Project Documentation. The Warranty Periods For The Site Are In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Equipment And Construction Sites, And The Same Start From The Day Following The Date Of Commissioning Of The Site. ​​​​​​​
