The Contracting Includes All Works, Materials, Equipment, Labor, Permits, Certifications, Transfers, Withdrawals, Security Measures And Other Procedures Necessary For The Complete And Adequate Execution Of The Project, Even When They Are Not Expressly Detailed, Always That Are Essential For Its Correct Materialization In Accordance With The Technical Bases And The Rules Of Good Construction.
