Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Praille-Acacias-Vernets (Pav) - Acacias 2 Sector - Multidisciplinary Urban Project Management Mandate. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Urban Project Management Mandate For The Acacias 2 Sector In Geneva, As Part Of The Praille–Acacias–Vernets (Pav) Project. The Multidisciplinary Team Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Development Of The Sector. The Main Missions Of The Contract Are: * Development Of The Acacias 2 Guide Plan * Development Of Localized Neighborhood Plan(S) Plq(S)-Pav Acacias 2 * Design And Construction Of Public Open Spaces * Architectural, Urban, Environmental Coordination And Development Support * Additional Missions According To The Needs Of The Project At The Request For Participation Stage, The Teams Will Be Made Up Of * An Urban Planner * A Landscape Architect * A Specialist In Sustainable Development And Environment * A Civil Engineer. Teams Authorized To Submit An Offer Must Complete Their Team With The Following Skills: * Mobility Expert * Hydraulic Expert * Environmental Engineer * Urban Programming And Activation Expert * Architect * Lighting Designer. The Missions Are The Subject Of Two Contracts: A Contract With The City Of Geneva (Agcm) For The Design And Construction Of Public Open Spaces, A Contract With The Praille-Acacias-Vernets Directorate (Dpav) For The Other Missions.
