The Construction Of A New Administrative Building Is Being Considered, Which Will Provide Enough Office Space For The Entire Staff Of The I.S.U. Dobrogea Of Constanța County To Carry Out Its Activity In Optimal Working Conditions, Equipping The Premises With The Latest Generation Equipment And Installations. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iii, Section 1 - Obligations And Responsibilities Of Investors, Art. 22, Letter D) From Law No. 10/1995, Investors Have The Obligation To Ensure The Verification Of The Correct Execution Of The Construction Works By Specialist Managers Or Specialized Economic Operators Of Consultancy, Throughout The Works. Thus, For The Successful Implementation Of The Investment Objective Mentioned Above, In The Contracted Term, Combined With The Need To Ensure The Correct Verification Of All Related Works, The Contracting Authority Acquires The Technical Assistance Service - Site Management Provided By Specialized Technical Personnel, Authorized According To The Provisions Of The Order Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Tourism No. 1496/2011. Site Management Can Be Provided Either By An Authorized Natural Person Or By A Commercial Company Whose Activity Is Construction Consulting Services - Site Management, Hereinafter Referred To As The Provider. The Site Management Services Will Supervise, Verify, Control, Monitor The Execution Of All Works Related To The Investment Objective From The Point Of View Of Quality, Time, Cost, Safety Parameters. In This Document, For Ease Of Expression, The Terms Bidder And Provider Will Also Be Used, Which Will Have The Same Meaning. The Site Manager Will Carry Out His Activity As A Representative Of The Beneficiary In Relations With The Designer, Builder, Suppliers And Service Providers, In The Development Of The Works Contract. The Activity Of The Site Manager Will Be Guided By The Following Principles: - Acting In The Exclusive Interest Of The Beneficiary, Both Towards The Contractor And Towards The Designer, Suppliers, Service Providers, Control Bodies, Etc.; - Application Of Professionalism In Own Activity; - Total Loyalty To The Beneficiary Of The Investment; - Compliance With All Legal Provisions And Reg
