The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works Contained In The Basic And Executive Reform Project Of The Sant Quintí De Mediona Sports Hall - Fitness And Health Area. The Aim Of This New Project Is The Transformation Of The Existing Equipment Into An Integrated Sports And Socio-Cultural Complex, Capable Of Accommodating A Much Wider Range Of Activities And For All Types Of Public, Guaranteeing Intensive Use During All Seasons Of The Year. To Respond Precisely To The New Needs Detected, A Volumetric Extension Is Designed That Will Allow The Following Functional Area To Fit In:• Fitness And Health Area: Specific Rooms For Directed Sports Activities (Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Etc.) And A Space For Exclusive Use For A Gym With Cardiovascular And Body-Building Machinery. The Perimeter Enclosure And The Cover Of The Passable Outdoor Terrace (The Current Roof Of The Changing Rooms) Are Planned. This New Volume Built On Top Of The Existing Floor Plan Will House The Guided Activity Rooms And The Gym, Taking Advantage Of The Views To The Surroundings. The Action Covers A Total Of 465.80 M² Of Constructed Intervention Area, Which Is Distributed Asymmetrically Between The Three Levels Affected By The Work.
