Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Sgs Extension Of The Gutenbrunnen School Complex, Schübelbach. As Part Of The Extension Of The Gutenbrunnen School Complex In 8862 Schübelbach, The Contract Comprises The Installation Of Polyurethane (Pu) Sports Flooring In The Sports Hall, Including All Necessary Preparatory, Connection And Finishing Works. The Scope Of Work Includes The Planning, Supply And Professional Installation Of The Complete Pu Sports Flooring System, Including The Required Substrate Preparation, Primers, Elastic Layers, Pu Coatings, Sealants, As Well As All Connection And Transition Elements. The Scope Also Includes All Necessary Filling, Levelling And Adjustment Works Required To Provide An Even Flooring System Suitable For The Intended Sporting Use. The Sports Flooring Shall Be Installed In Accordance With The Design Specifications And Tender Documents, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Sports Performance, Elasticity, Slip Resistance, Ball Rebound, Wear Resistance, Durability And Cleaning. All Surfaces, Connections, Transitions And Finishes Shall Be Professionally Executed In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Specifications. The Works Also Include Sports Court Markings And Playing Lines In Accordance With The Design Specifications, As Well As All Necessary Connections And Adjustments To Sports Equipment, Floor Sockets, Built-In Components, Doors And Adjacent Building Elements. In Addition, The Works Shall Be Coordinated With Components Provided By The Client And With Adjacent Trades, In Particular Screed, Joinery, Sports Equipment, Electrical And Building Services Works.
