The Districts Of Osterholz, Cuxhaven And The City Of Bremerhaven Are Conducting A Joint Tender For Concessions For The Operation And Technical Support Of The Alarm Transmission System (Aüa). The Aim Of The Award Is To Build A Uniform, Modern, Highly Available And Fault-Resistant Infrastructure For Alarm Reception Across All Three Local Authorities. This Is Intended To Increase The Reliability Of Municipal Hazard Defense Sustainably And Across The Board. The Focus Of The Project Is To Provide A Modern, Highly Available And Fault-Resistant Technical Solution For The Transmission And Reception Of Fire Alarms. The Concession Providers Plan To Grant A Bma Concession To A Concessionaire For The Duration Of The Contract Term. The Licensee Receives The Exclusive Right To Set Up, Maintain And Operate A Public Alarm Transmission System For Fire Reports And To Connect Participants To This Alarm Transmission System (Variant 1, According To The System Overview, Appendix 1). Furthermore, The Licensee Must Give Installers Approved By The Licenser The Opportunity To Connect And Operate Their Technology To Their Alarm Transmission System.
