- The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Called Sports And Container Facilities With Accompanying Infrastructure In Żerzuszyce. The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Building Permit Decision No. 237/2026 Of February 9, 2026 As Part Of The Design Documentation Construction Of Container Sports Facilities In The Town Of Żerzuszyce Together With Accompanying Infrastructure In Żerzuszyce, Plot No. 17 Of The Commune. Bonfire. Currently, There Are Four Containers On The Investment Site, Of Which Two New Containers Were Delivered In 2026 (The Design Documentation Submitted For This Tender Includes A Specification And Photo Documentation Of The Current State). As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Dismantle And Transport Two Old Containers (Light Gray In The Photo Documentation) To A Selected Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within 15 Km From Plot No. 17, Żerzuszyce District. The Remaining Two Containers (Graphite Color) Are To Remain In Place And Be Connected To Two New Ones, Which Will Be Purchased By The Contractor As Part Of This Procedure. In Addition, The Existing Two Containers Should Be Adapted To The Design Documentation Submitted For This Procedure (Currently, The Toilet Layout Is Different From The Target One Included In The Construction Design). After Merging The 4 Target Containers, The Internal Layout Of The Rooms Should Be Consistent With The Submitted Documentation Of Construction Permit No. 237/2026. Technical Specification Of The Containers In Accordance With The Submitted Design Documentation (Taking Into Account Possible Changes Described In This Tor).
