This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is For The Development And Production Of A 10-Year Forecast Of Labour Demand And Supply In British Columbia (B.C.).The Annual 10-Year Labour Market Forecast Of Demand And Supply Will Entail Developing The Following Customized Forecasts:Customized 10-Year Macroeconomic Forecast And Industry Sector Gdp And Employment Forecast For B.C. And Seven Economic Development Regions.Customized 10-Year Forecast Of Employment Encompassing The Industries Identified In Appendix C (Or An Equivalent Industry Grouping) For B.C. And The Seven Regions. The Industries Detailed In Appendix C Consist Of Either Individual Or Aggregated North American Industry Classification System (Naics) 2022 Codes.Customized 10-Year Forecast Of Employment And Job Openings (With A Breakdown Of Replacement And Expansion Job Openings) For All National Occupational Classification (Noc) 2021 Occupations At The Five-Digit Level By Each Industry Identified In Appendix C In The Main Document For B.C. And The Seven Regions. Customized 10-Year Forecast Of Labour Demand, Labour Supply, And Supply Compositions For All Noc 2021 Occupations At The Five-Digit Level For B.C.Customized Scenario Analysis. Provision Of Up To Three Custom Forecasts Based On Alternative Assumptions Provided By The Ministry.The Initial Contract Is Expected To Be A 12 Month Term With A Maximum Budget Of $125,000.
