Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management For The Restoration Of The Facades And Exterior Joinery Located On Avenue Victoria And Rue Adolphe Adam As Well As The Facades On The Interior Courtyards Of The Building Located At 12-14 Quai Des Gesvres In Paris (75004). The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Carry Out The Project Management Mission For The Restoration Of The Facades And Exterior Joinery Located On Avenue Victoria And Rue Adolphe Adam As Well As The Facades On The Interior Courtyards Of The Building Located At 12-14 Quai Des Gesvres In Paris (75004). The Building, Forming An Island, Has A Ground Floor And Six Floors. The Central Courtyard Is Built Above The Ground Floor. There Are Four Main Exterior Facades And Four Small Facades With Chamfered Corners. The Work Involves The Restoration Of The Cut Stone And Plaster Facades, Ironwork, The Rainwater Drainage System, Lead Elements And The Replacement Of Exterior Joinery. As The Building Dates From The 1860S, Heritage Restoration Skills Will Be Necessary For Project Management To Carry Out This Mission And Communicate With The Bâtiments De France Services. The Work Concerned Is Subject To Administrative Authorization Which Must Be Carried Out By The Holder Of This Contract. Finally, The Site Hosts Police Services Active 24/24 And 7/7, And The Public, Planning Upstream Of The Organization Of The Site On A Sensitive Occupied Site Must Be Taken Into Account From The Study Phases. For Information, A First Operation To Restore The Facades Of Quai De Gesvres And Rue Saint-Martin Will Be Launched In 2027 And Is Not Part Of This Mission. The Contract Holder Will Be Entrusted With The Following Basic Missions: Summary Preliminary Project Studies (Aps); Final Preliminary Design Studies (Apd); Project Studies (Pro); Assistance In Awarding Works Contracts (Act/Dce); Compliance Examination - Visa (Visa); Directorate For The Execution Of The Works Contract (Det); Assistance During Reception Operations And During The Perfect Completion Guarantee (Aor) Period. The Content Of The Mission Elements Is Set Out In The Public Procurement Code And The Decree Of March 22, 2019 Specifying The Technical Modalities For Execution Of The Project Management Mission Elements Entrusted By Public Project Owners To Private Law Service Providers.
