The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection, Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Medical Waste Along With The Lease Of A Refrigerated Container For A Period Of 12 Months. The Ordering Party Expects To Generate An Average Of 18,297.00 Kg Of Medical Waste Per Month, Including On Average: • Group 180102* - Body Parts And Organs And Containers For Blood And Preservatives Used For Its Storage (Except For 18 01 03) - 0.50 Kg; • Group 180103* Other Waste That Contains Live Pathogenic Microorganisms Or Their Toxins And Other Forms Capable Of Transferring Genetic Material, Which Are Known Or There Are Reliable Grounds For Believing That They Cause Diseases In Humans And Animals (E.G. Infected Diapers, Sanitary Pads, Pads), Excluding 18 01 80 And 18 01 82 - 11,500 Kg; • Group 180104 - Other Waste Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 03 (E.G. Fabric Or Plaster Dressings, Bedding, Disposable Clothes, Diapers) - 6,556.25 Kg; • Group 180106* - Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents, Containing Hazardous Substances - 78.75 Kg; • Group 180108* - Cytotoxic And Cytostatic Drugs - 76.75 Kg; • Group 180109 - Medicines Other Than Those Mentioned In 18 01 08 - 80.75 Kg; • Group 180182* - Leftovers From Feeding Patients In Infectious Diseases Wards - 4 Kg; The Amounts Of Waste Given Are Estimates, The Ordering Party Does Not Undertake To Transfer The Above-Mentioned Waste In Its Entirety As Specified Above.
