The Contractor Should Provide An Option To Buy Back The Defective Units, Which Reduces The Cost Of New Ones, In Case The Defective Units Are Eligible For Return. The Specified Engine Quantities In The Technical Specification Are Approximate And The Employer Reserves The Right To Choose To Order Only One Of The Proposed Variants For Each Of The Specified Chassis, As Well As Not To Order The Units With A Buyback Option, In Cases Where The Defective Units Are Not Suitable For Return Or Are Not Available.
