The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Divided Into Basic Performance, Service And Option: 1) Basic Performance • Delivery Of A Four-Axle Truck With A Hand And Towing Device 2) Service • Vehicle Service (Does Not Apply To The Superstructure, Hand And Trailer) 3) Option (Reserved Change Of Obligation According To §100, Paragraph 1 Of The Act) • Delivery Of A Single-Axle (Tandem) Trailer (Hereinafter Also Just Trailer) (Vehicle And Trailer Together Also Only Kit) Ad1) Basic Performance The Subject Of The Basic Performance Is: • Delivery Of A Four-Axle Truck With A Flatbed Body For The Transport Of 20.5 Tons Of Cargo, With A Towing Device And With A Hydraulic Loading Crane (Hereinafter Referred To As Vehicle With A Hand), While The Delivered Vehicle With A Hand Must Meet All The Required Specifications And Technical Parameters, Which Are Described In More Detail In Ch. 3 Tender Documentation (Technical Conditions). • Delivery Of The Protocol On The Control Weighing Of The Vehicle By Hand - In More Detail In Ch. 3 Tender Documentation (Technical Conditions). • Training In Operating The Vehicle And The Crane (Hands) Ad2) Service The Subject Of The Service Is: • Provision Of Service Services For The Vehicle, While The Required Service Services Are Described In More Detail In Chap. 3 Tender Documentation (Technical Conditions). Ad3) Option (Reserved Change Of Obligation According To § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Act) The Subject Of The Option Is: • Delivery Of A Single-Axle Trailer Suitable For The Transport Of Min. 4.5 Tons Of Cargo, While The Delivered Trailer Itself And The Entire Vehicle Set (The Above-Mentioned Vehicle With Hand + Trailer) Must Meet All The Required Specifications And Technical Parameters, Which Are Described In More Detail In Chap. 3 Tender Documentation (Technical Conditions). • Delivery Of The Protocol On The Control Weighing Of The Vehicle Set - In More Detail In Chap. 3 Tender Documentation (Technical Conditions). • Trailer Operator Training The Conditions For Exercising The Option Are Given In Ch. 10 Paragraph 10.1.
