The Facility Covers The Entire Territory Of The Science And Technology Park (Stp), Including The Existing Public Paid Area (Multi-Story Parking And Open Spaces) And The Internal Service Area Intended For Controlled Access Of Employees And Partners. To Ensure Connectivity Between The Switchboard Locations And The Main Server Room, The Contracting Authority Provides A Built Optical Network Infrastructure (Multimode Fiber). The Contractor Should Match The Interfaces Of The Proposed Equipment With The Available Transmission Medium. The Public Order Covers The Implementation Of A Complex Of Engineering, Software And Installation Activities, Distributed In The Following Main Directions: • Dismantling And Preparation: Dismantling Of The Existing Amortized Equipment (Barriers - 38 Pieces, Cameras 19 Pieces, Terminals 19 Pieces) And Preparation Of The Infrastructure For The New System. • Supply And Installation: Installation Of New Entry-Exit Infrastructure, Including Electromechanical Barriers, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (Lpr) Cameras, Payment Terminals And Information Displays. The Equipment Required To Build The Access Control And Parking Management System Must Be New, Certified, Compatible With The Software Platform And Meet All Applicable Safety, Reliability And Sustainability Standards. • Software Implementation: Installation And Configuration Of A Centralized Local Platform For System Management, Pricing And Real-Time Monitoring. • Integration: Connecting All New And Available (Usable) Components Into A Single Ecosystem. • Training And Commissioning: Training Of The Operator Staff Of The Contracting Authority And Delivery Of The System In Full Operational Readiness. The Existing System Covers The Public Paid Zone Consisting Of Seven Checkpoints. The First Six Of Them Are Standard Entry-Exit Points, Each Built On One Physical Island, Equipped With An Entry And Exit Barrier, Lpr Cameras For Both Directions, An Entry And Exit Terminal And Two Payment Devices Located In A Multi-Story Parking Building.
