The Project Includes The Construction Of A Maintenance Hall With The Necessary Workshop, Storage, Office And Social Areas As Well As The Adaptation And Expansion Of The Associated Track, Infrastructure And Outdoor Facilities, Including All Necessary Supply And Disposal Facilities. The General Planner Takes On All Planning, Coordination And Control Services From The Draft Planning To The Commissioning And Handover Of The Project. This Includes In Particular The Design, Submission And Implementation Planning, The Preparation Of Tender And Award Documents, Participation In Procurement Procedures, The Coordination Of All Specialist Planning, Support In Approval And Authority Procedures As Well As Technical Support During Execution.
