Quantity Of Public Procurement: Support For The Operation Of 31 Dynamic Axle Load Measuring (Wheel Load Measuring) Equipment By Carrying Out The Following Activities: - Assisting In The Search For Faults And Their Precise Determination; - Performing Error Correction By Repairing System-Specific Components Based On Ad Hoc Orders; - Providing Replacement Parts For Repairs If Necessary; - After The Completed Repairs, Proper Documentation And Verification Of The Works; - Carrying Out Control Measurements And Verifications; - Protection Of Equipment During Track Works, And Disassembly And Reassembly Of Trackside Elements; - Periodic And Case-By-Case Clarification Of Wheel Load Measuring Equipment And Its Documentation; - Updating The Data Of The Train Identification System. The Tasks Are Detailed In The Technical Description And Public Procurement Documents. The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Procedure Is Valid Until The Obligations Contained In It Are Fulfilled In Full, With The Fact That The Bidder Is Entitled To Place An Ad Hoc Order Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, Or - If This Happens Sooner - Until The Limit Amount Is Exhausted. As The Winning Bidder, The Contracting Party Is Also Obliged To Fulfill The Ad Hoc Order Placed On The Last Day Of The Period Open For The Submission Of Ad Hoc Orders. The Available Budget Is Huf 450,000,000 + Vat (Total Budget). Out Of The Total Framework Amount, The Bidder Undertakes To Place An Order Worth Huf 315,000,000 + Vat. The Bidder Undertakes No Obligation To Draw The Remaining Net Amount Of Huf 135,000,000 + Vat From The Total Framework Amount.
