It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Restructuring Of The Diageia - Diageia Iii Program. The Aim Of The Project Is The Implementation Of The New Di@Ygeia Taking Into Account The Modern Institutional, Operational And Technological Developments, The Correct Application Of The Institutional Framework With An Emphasis On The General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr) And The Optimal Utilization Of The Information Of Di@Ygeia With An Architecture Based On Data And Secondarily Documents. The Project Seeks To Increase The Efficiency And Productivity Of Public Services By Enriching The Applications Of The Di@Ygeia Program, Completing Collaborative Functionality Compilation And Management Of The Documents To Be Posted Based On Standardized Documents And Data Structures, But Also To Provide Added Value To The Program By Utilizing And Enriching The Information Gathered In It By Utilizing Other Sources Of Information In Order To Create A System Of Complex Reports (Reporting) And Other Complementary Subsystems Of Applications And Solutions. The New System Will Allow The Monitoring Of The Operation And Organizational Structure Of The Public Administration In Combination With Information Related To The Responsibilities Of The Bodies In The Context Of Multi-Level Governance As Well As The Personnel As Recorded In The Human Resources Register Of The Greek State. The Aim Is To Provide Objective Data For The Implementation Of The National Administrative Procedures Policy And The Prioritization Of The Actions Of The National Program For The Simplification Of Procedures. For This Purpose, Care Has Been Taken To Significantly Strengthen Its Interoperability With Third-Party Systems Of The Public Sector For The Dissemination Of Information Without Necessarily The Intervention Of The End User. In Addition, Through The Expansion Of The Information That Will Be Kept Structured (Set Of Metadata), It Will Be Possible To Capture Groups Of Data With Special Characteristics That Enhance Transparency At The Level Of Monitoring/Evaluation By The General Public Of Indicators Related To, For Example, The Operation And Structure Of The Public Administration And/Or Financial Figures (Public Spending). Of Decision Making. The Solution Will Include The Creation Of A System Of Correct (And As Complete As Possible Per Sector) Structured Gathering And Processing Of Data From Various Sources Of Public Data And Then Making Them Available To The General Public. Indicative Examples Of Sources Are The Data Of The Systems Under Development For Gov Erp, Hrms, The Register Of Civil Society Organizations, Esidis, Kimdis. A Separate Subsystem Will Be Developed For Further Utilization And Extraction Of Specialized Reports In Order To Monitor The Structure, Operation And Action Of The Public Administration As Well As The Monitoring Of Expenditures And Procurement And Support The Decision-Making Process.
