Tenders are invited for Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Two 4000mcu Heavy Fuel Oil Tanks at Saint Louis Power Station The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified bidders, restricted to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius to submit their best offers through the Government eProcurement System for the Design, Construction,Testing and Commissioning of Two 4000m3 Heavy Fuel Oil Tanks at St Louis Power Station Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/10907. A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will take place on Monday 31 August 2026 at 10.00 hours (Local time) at Saint-Louis Power Station, Plaine Lauzun. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Tuesday 22 September 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 22 September 2026 from 14.31 hours (Local time) till Thursday 24 September 2026 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian time).
