The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Dismantling, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos And A Service Consisting In Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos (Scope 2) From Buildings Located In The Milicz Commune. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products From The Milicz Commune Is Approximately 224 Mg.A) Dismantling, Loading, Transporting And Neutralizing 162.50 Mg Of Asbestos-Cement Boards. Dismantling, Loading, Transporting And Neutralizing Asbestos-Containing Products Means Work Related To The Dismantling Of Asbestos-Containing Products, Collecting The Dismantled Materials, As Well As Their Packaging And Protection Against Harmful Effects (Emissions). To The Environment), Loading And Transport To An Authorized Waste Landfill For Disposal, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard. B) Loading, Transport And Disposal Of 61.50 Mg Of Cement-Asbestos Boards. After Signing The Contract With The Contractor, The Contractor Will Receive A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Prepared On The Basis Of Reports From Residents Of Properties Located In The Milicz Commune. It Contains Addresses Of The Property, Quantities Of Asbestos-Containing Products Intended For Dismantling, Loading, Transport And Disposal Or Loading, Transport And Disposal.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Material Scope Of The Order Referred To Above, Due To The Fact That The Quantities Of Asbestos-Containing Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Were Estimated. The Basis For The Actual Settlement Will Be The Final Report Prepared On The Basis Of Reports Signed By Property Owners And Waste Transfer Notes To The Landfill.4. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contract Will Be Signed With The Contractor Whose Offer Was Recognized As The Most Advantageous (In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Invitation To Submit Offers) And Covers The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Including Both Scopes.5.
