As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Carries Out A Process Effort Analysis In Selected Alk That Is Representative Of All Unemployment Funds (Alk) In Switzerland. The Order Includes The Following Tasks: * Identifying The Relevant Unemployment Funds To Carry Out The Analysis. * The Recording And Documentation Of The Detailed Processes And Activities Of The Alk. These Are Already Available For The It-Supported Processes Within Asal 2.0 (See Appendix 2). Services That Are Not Covered By Asal 2.0 Must Be Recorded, Checked And Documented. * Defining Performance Indicators Based On Performance And Processes. * The Collection Of Time Spent On The Individual Performance Indicators. * Examination Of Comparability With Results Of Previous Surveys And Their Consideration. * The Determination Of Performance Points For The Performance Indicators Defined In The Lik, Based On The Data Collected. The Client Supports The Contractor In Implementing The Order. It Takes Part In Determining The Selection Of Unemployment Funds In Which The Analysis Is To Be Carried Out, Establishes The Necessary Contacts With The Alk And Ensures Their Cooperation.
