The Minister Of Public Works Hereby Invites Eligible Consultants To Apply With A View To Providing The Services Described Above. Interested Consultants Must Provide Information Which Proves That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience For The Performance Of The Services (Documentation, Reference For Similar Services, Experience In Similar Assignments Etc.). Consultants Can Form A Consortium To Enhance Their Qualification. Expression Of Interest Documents Must Include The Following Documents And Information: - A Signed And Dated Letter Of Expression Of Interest Addressed To The Minister Of Public Works; - A Write-Up On The Firm Profile, Together With A Copy Of Its Business Register And Articles Of Incorporation; - References For Similar Projects Carried Out As Part Of First-Aid Training And Which Must Specify For Each Assignment: (I) The Assignment Designation Together With The Characteristics Of The Concerned Roads And The Related Length; (Ii) The Services Provided And Results Achieved; (Iii) The ClientS Name, Address And Contact Details; (Iv) The Country In Which The Project Was Carried Out; (V) The Year Of Completion, Including The Start And End Dates Of The Project; (Vi) The Contract Amount; (Vii) The List Of Key Experts Who Carried Out The Assignment, The Assignment Amount And Any Relevant Information Regarding The Execution Of The Assignment; - Certificates Of Proper Completion Or Certificates Attesting To The Successful Performance Of Services, With The Accompanying Orders To Commence Service Delivery, And Copies Of The Cover Pages And Signature Pages Of The Contracts Executed; For Consultants In A Consortium: A Consortium Agreement Relating To The Subject Of The Call For Expressions Of Interest, Duly Drafted And Signed By Each Member Of The Consortium, And Specifying The Lead Partner Of The Consortium, Who Is Duly Authorised To Act In The Name And On Behalf Of The Consortium Tender Link : Https://Www.Afdb.Org/En/Projects-And-Operations/Procurement
