Descriptionthe Client Is Inviting An Open Tender For Framework Agreement For Contractor Services - Municipal Technical Facilities For Trondheim Municipality. Trondheim Municipality Intends To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With 3-4 Suppliers For Minor Construction Measures Related To Water, Sewage, Waste Disposal And Roads. It May Also Be Relevant To Use The Framework Agreement For Works Within Urban Space And Green Space, But The Client Is Not Obliged To Use The Agreement Within This Area. The Construction Measures May Vary And May Be Pure Projects Within Water And Sewage Systems, Roads, Renovation Or Urban Space And Green Space, Or They May Constitute Combined Projects In Which Several Professional Fields Are Included. The Scope Of The Construction Measures In The Framework Agreement May Include, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Areas: Water And Sewage System: New Facilities, Rehabilitation, Renewals, Separation Projects And Other Relevant Improvement Works. Road Measures: Preparation Of Roads, Pavements, Cycle Paths, Establishment Of Bicycle Parking, Bus Stops, Noise Screens, Lighting Of Public Spaces, As Well As Construction Of Retaining Walls And Similar Constructions. Renovation Measures: Minor Conversion Works, Repairs And Necessary Improvements Related To Existing Waste Disposal Facilities And Infrastructure. Urban Spaces And Greenery: Replacement Of Contaminated Masses, Vegetation Works And Restoration/Establishment Of Paving, Paths And Edges. The Framework Agreement Will Include Construction Measures Of Varying Complexity And Size, Primarily Categorized As Small To Medium-Sized Projects. The Main Part Of The Assignments Will Be Located Within Trondheim Municipality.
