The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Reservation, Sale And Delivery Services Of Foreign And Domestic Airline Tickets For The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Prices In Accordance With The Offer Form, Including The Net And Gross Commission Price For One International And Domestic Air Ticket Transaction. 5. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Terms Of Reference. 6. The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors.
