The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Comprehensive Services And Deliveries, Including Not Only The Delivery Of Hardware And Software Licenses Specified In This Document, But Also The Full Operational Implementation Of These Solutions In The Ordering Partys Environment. The Scope Of Work Entrusted To The Contractor Includes In Particular:• Delivery And Logistics: Delivery, Unloading And Bringing Brand New Hardware And Software To The Ordering Partys Indicated Locations, While Maintaining Due Care And Safety Rules For The Transport Of Sensitive Devices.• Implementation And Integration: Carrying Out Physical Installation Of Devices, Their Commissioning And Advanced Configuration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Collision-Free Integration Of The Provided Technologies With The Existing Network And Server Environment Of The Ordering Party, While Minimizing Possible Interruptions In The Availability Of Services.• Knowledge Transfer: Conducting Specialized Instruction And Training For The Ordering Partys Technical Staff In The Scope Of Current Operation, Administration And Maintenance Of The Supplied Systems.• Compliance With Requirements: Full Implementation Of The Guidelines, Schedule And Technical Parameters Specified In Detail In Chapter Implementation Of The Provided Solutions Along With Training. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A - Opz - Part I.
