Tenders are invited for Design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Training and Support of an Eprocurement Solution Tender offers are invited from companies for the design, development, implementation, integration, training and post-implementation support of an eProcurement solution for Botswana Savings Bank. The solution shall digitise and automate the procurement lifecycle from supplier registration, requisitioning, RFQ/RFP management, evaluation and award, purchase order management, goods receipt or service confirmation, invoice matching, budget and spend tracking, vendor performance management, workflow governance, reporting and dashboards. The scope of work includes requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and development, integration with Sage 300 and other applicable BSB systems, data migration support where required, user acceptance testing, administrator and end-user training, golive support, system documentation, and ongoing maintenance and support for the contract period. Bidding companies should be in possession of appropriate registration, licensing and capability to provide information technology, software development, systems integration, implementation, training and support services. The applicable PPRA registration category and sub-code shall be verified online where applicable. Tenderers to purchase all their products from 100% Citizen locally based manufacturers and service providers, provided that the goods and services are locally available, competitively priced and meet tender specifications in terms of quality standard as certified or recognized by Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) or other recognized certifying bodies.
