The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract With One Contractor Who Would Scale The Recipes For Bream Products Previously Developed By Chefs To Be Suitable For Industrial Production, Using Various Food Technologies And Based On The Recipes Developed Within The Framework Of The Study Finding Wider Uses For Bream Through New Products Intended For Human Consumption Prepared By The Association Of Estonian Chefs (See Appendix 1.1). The Description Of The Object Of The Procurement Contract Is Presented In The Procurement Document In Appendix 1 Of The Source Task.
