Project: Tender22076 - 2027 & 2028 Mag- Criminal Law Division Annual Crown Education Conference . This Request For Bids (Rfb) Is An Invitation To Prospective Proponents To Submit Bids For A Facility To Host The Criminal Law Division 2027 & 2028 Annual Crown Education Conference. The Facility Will Include Meeting Space, Accommodations, Meals, Parking, And Other Requirements For The Delivery Of The Conference. This Rfb Is Issued By His Majesty The King In Right Of Ontario As Represented By The Attorney General (The “Ministry). Scope Of Work There Will Be A Criminal Law Division Education Conference In 2027 & 2028. Such Conferences Shall Be Held In The 2027 Calendar Year On May 26, 27 And 28 With Early Arrivals Expected On May 25 And In The 2028 Calendar Year On May 24, 25 And 26 With Early Arrivals Expected On May 23. In Consultation With The Ministry, The Vendor Will Be Responsible For Providing Conference Facilities; Audio-Visual And Webcasting Resources; Business Room; Facilities Staff; Catering; Overnight Accommodations; Parking; Communal Space; Extension Of Checkout Time; Internet Access; Central Billing; And Post Event Debrief.
