Tenders are invited for Digital Financial Services-Iraq-KRI & GOI Scope of Services The selected provider(s) will facilitate electronic disbursements across the Government of Iraq (GOI) and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI). This mobile application payment infrastructure will be utilized for: · Direct Beneficiaries: Cash for Work (CfW), Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), and small grants. · Personnel & Contractors: Daily worker/facilitator remunerations, trainee and trainer reimbursements (including travel). · Operations: Employee/service provider salaries and vendor payments. 3. Type of Contract PIN intends to award a non-exclusive Framework Agreement (FWA) with a fixed price for a duration of 24 months to two (2) qualified suppliers (the best and second-best ranking bidders under a cascade system).
