Scope Of Duties Of The Engineer In Individual Stages: Stage - I Stage Of Implementation Of Construction Works, Including Supervision Of The Investment In Accordance With The Construction Law, The Agreement With The General Contractor And Investment Management, Preparation Of Documentation For Material And Financial Settlements And Verification, Analysis And Assessment Of Multi-Disciplinary Construction Documentation (Architectural And Construction Designs, Executive Designs, Technical Designs, Replacement Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works) Stage - Ii Means Supervision Of Completed Investment During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, Including Comprehensive Inspections Of The Investment At Least Twice A Year (April And September Inspections) And Preparing Reports And Protocols From These Inspections Along With An Attachment Constituting Photographic Documentation And Delivering Them To The Project Manager, The Bridge Department Of The Zdw In Lublin (If Applicable), The Provincial Roads District And The General Contractor Within 5 Days From The Date Of Completion Of The Review.
