Part I - Construction Of Street Lighting On Existing Poles Along The Municipal Road No. 325043T, Plot No. 517, Wola Jachowa District, Górno Commune, A) As Part Of The Investment In Question, The Scope Of The Project Includes: − Replacement Of The Existing Pole Type Żn-10 With An E-10.5/4.3 Pole – 1 Set, − Installation Of The So Lighting Box On Pole No. 31 – 1 Set, − Assembly Overhead Lighting Line, On Existing Poles - Line Length Approx. 142 M, - Installation Of Extension Arms For Lighting Fixtures On Poles - 3 Pcs, - Installation Of Lighting Fixtures On Existing Poles - 3 Pcs, - Installation Of Pole Fuses On Poles - 3 Pcs, - Installation Of Lightning Arrester And Earthing On End Poles - 2 Sets.2. The Expected Scope And Size Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 - Technical Documentation Divided Into Parts And 9 To Swz - Bills Of Quantities. The Given Range Is The Basis For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer. If, During The Execution Of The Order, It Turns Out That It Will Be Necessary To Perform Complementary, Replacement Or Unforeseen Works, The Scope Of Which Does Not Exceed The Employers Rights Under The Public Procurement Law To Change The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform These Works If Ordered, While Maintaining The Same Calculation Rates.3. Any Work Carried Out Near The Existing Infrastructure Of The Area (Telecommunication Cables, Sewerage, Water Supply Lines) Should Be Carried Out Manually, With Particular Care And Under The Supervision Of An Employee - Network User.4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
