The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Of An Administration And Office Building At Ul. Cegielniane 2 In Świebodzin And Includes Renovation Of The Roof, Thermal Modernization Of Walls And Renovation Of The Terraces Of The Administration Building. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of The Roof And Chimneys Along With Sheet Metal Work And Works Related To The Lightning Protection System; 2) Renovation Of Terraces, Including Demolition Works, Insulation, Floors, Sheet Metal Work And Balustrades; 3) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery Along With The Necessary Bricklaying, Plastering And Finishing Works And Construction Of Lintels; 4) Renovation And Repair Of The Eastern Gable Wall Of The Ground Floor; 5) Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings External Walls, Including Preparation And Repair Of The Substrate, Insulation And Finishing Layers, And Necessary Processing And Accompanying Works; 6) Performance Of Demolition And Reconstruction Works Related To Thermal Modernization, Including Works Related To Concrete, Masonry And Foundation Elements, Drainage, Floors, Balustrades And Handrails; 7) Assembly, Maintenance And Dismantling Of Scaffolding; 8) Waste Removal And Management And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. This Scope Corresponds To Individual Sections Of The Bill Of Quantities, Including Facade, Carpentry, Terrace, Roof And Accompanying Works. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Considered Together With The Other Procurement Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Activities And Costs Necessary For The Correct And Complete Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order, Including Securing The Work Site, Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Transport, Scaffolding, Waste Disposal And Management, As Well As The Required Tests And Measurements.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Set Out In: Annex No. 1 - Design Annex No. 2 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Annex No. 3 - Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary) Annex No. 5 - Draft Contract The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Treated As An Additional Element, Only Facilitating The Preparation Of The Offer. Bills Of Quantities Cannot Constitute The Only Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Number Of Works Against The Design Documentation. The Possible Absence Of Any Part Of The Order In The Bill Of Quantities Or In The Tables And Material Diagrams Contained In The Design Documentation, In Particular In The Detailed Design, Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of Technical Documentation Or Opz At A Contractual Lump Sum Price.
