The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Materials And Devices, Chemical Reagents, Laboratory Equipment, Teaching Aids And Other Articles Necessary To Conduct Demonstration Experiments In Chemistry, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Compliant With Standards (E.G. Pn, Iso, Ce), And Safety Marking (E.G. Clp, Bhp, Reach, Adr Marking). In The Case Of Substances Requiring Special Safety Conditions, They Will Be Delivered In Packaging In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Recommendations.3. In The Case Of Equipment And Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide (Along With The Order) Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warranty.4. In The Case Of Chemical Substances That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Safety Data Sheets - Together With The Order Or In Electronic Form Before Delivery.5. In The Case Of Chemical Reagents, Biological Preparations, Etc., The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Products With An Expiry Date Of At Least Until The End Of December 2027, While Art. Food With An Expiry Date Of At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Also Ensuring Unloading And Bringing The Delivery To The School Premises: 1) Primary School No. 2. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Contact Details Of Persons From Each Of The Above-Mentioned Companies. School, Authorized To Receive The Delivery.8. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Planned Date And Time Of Delivery At Least 7 Days In Advance.9. The Order Will Be Delivered During School Opening Hours.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Proper Packaging, Protection And Transport Of The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Chemicals Separately, Secured Glass, Hazardous Substances In Accordance With Adr, Etc.).11. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Deficiencies And Defects In The Subject Of The Order, Including Damage Incurred During Transport.12. Substances In Damaged, Expired Or Damaged Packaging Will Not Be Accepted By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Also Refuse Acceptance If The Delivery Is Inconsistent With The Order Or Incomplete (E.G. Lack Of Instructions, Safety Data Sheets).13. After The Contractor Has Handed Over The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Carry Out Verification Activities Aimed At Verifying The Compliance Of The Delivery With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
