The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transport Of Disabled Students To Educational Institutions During The School Year, Along With The Provision Of Care During Transport.2. The Scope Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts: 1) Part I: Transport Of 1 (One) Disabled Student In A Wheelchair To School In Lublin And One Reserve Place. Route: Kozubszczyzna - Lublin Ul. Wyścigowa 31 - One-Way Travel Distance: 13.0 Km 2) Part Ii: Transport Of 2 (Two) Disabled Students From Zemborzyce To Schools In Lublin And One Reserve Place Route: Zemborzyce Dolne - Zemborzyce Podleśne - Lublin Ul. Krochmalna 29 - Al. Spółdzielczości Pracy 65 - One-Way Distance 17 Km.3) Part Iii: Transport Of 4 (Four) Disabled Students To Matczyn: Route: Motycz - Radawiec Duży - Matczyn (Center) One-Way Distance 16 Km, 3 Students From Motycz (1 Address) And 1 Student From Radawiec Dużyapplies To Part I; Part Ii; Part Iii3. Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Students Schedule, With The Exception Of Public Holidays, Holidays, Vacations And Days Of School Absence Of The Student/Students Due To The Students Illness Or Other Unforeseen Circumstances That Prevent The Student/Students From Attending School/Facility. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Subject Of The Order Will Not Be Implemented In The Event Of Closure Or Limitation Of The Functioning Of Given Schools/Institutions Due To Epidemics Or Other Reasons. For This Reason, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Remuneration Or Any Claim Against The Ordering Party Or The Above-Mentioned. Schools/Institutions.4. The Number Of School Days During The Task Implementation Period, I.E. From October 1, 2026 To 27 December 31, 2027, Is 222. 5. The Service Involves Picking Up Students From Their Place Of Residence And Transporting Them To Schools (Usually Between 7:00 A.M. And 8:00 A.M.) And Picking Them Up After Classes At Approx. 16.00-17.00, With Proper Care Provided By A Guardian During The Journey. Exact Hours Will Be Determined After Contact With Parents.6. The Contractor Should Establish An Hourly Travel Schedule So That Students Are Transported/Collected To/From Educational Institutions On Time, Without Excessive Waiting. The Applicable Rule Is To Transport The Authorized Group Of Students To A Given School For Classes That Start The Earliest And To Pick Up The Student Who Finishes The Latest After Classes. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8. 8. It Is Not Envisaged To Award The Order Referred To In Art. 305 Point 1) In Connection With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Site Visit.10. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.
