1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Provide A Service In Open Regular Bus Transport, Consisting In Transporting Children To Schools And Kindergartens Located In The Dobiegniew Commune, On Communication Lines Established By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires That Communication Lines Be Designated In A Way That Allows Students To Travel (In The Bus) As Short As Possible. The Lines Must Provide Transport And Pick-Up From Stops In Individual Towns To: - The Municipal School Complex In Dobiegniew, - The Baśniowa Kraina Kindergarten In Dobiegniew And Back On All School Days, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year (From September 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026). A Detailed List Of Towns And The Number Of Students From Individual Fields Of Study Is Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz2. The Bus Will Be Operated By A Driver Who Has The Qualifications And Meets The Requirements Specified In Art. 39A Section 1 Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 728, As Amended), Including In Particular: Required Category D Driving License, Completed Initial Qualification (If Required) Or Periodic Training And Valid Medical And Psychological Certificates Confirming The Lack Of Contraindications To Work As A Licensed Driver And Guardian.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Care For Children On All Routes Subject To This Order, Including: Safe Boarding Of The Means Of Transport, Care For Students During Transport, Access To The Appropriate Stop, And Safe Disembarkation At The Destination. The Ordering Party Requires That There Be At Least One Attendant On Each Bus. The Guardian Should Be An Adult With Full Legal Capacity. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Persons Taking Care Of Children And To Check Whether The Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order Are Not Included In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators And In The National Criminal Register. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Insure The Vehicles And Passengers Against Any Damage Incurred During And In Connection With The Transport And To Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order. 6. Payment For Students Transport Will Be Made In Arrears, Based On Personal Monthly School Tickets. The Number Of Students Transported And The Individual Transport And Drop-Off Routes Are Given In Annex 9 To The Swz. The Updated Number Of Students Transported Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. The Number Of Transported Students And Towns May Change During The Service According To Needs. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Change In The Number Of Tickets Purchased For Students, Taking Into Account Statutory Discounts, May Amount To +/- 10% Of Students Per Month. This Change May Be Caused By A Change Of The Students Place Of Residence Or In Other Justified Cases.
