The Request For Tender Applies To The Annual Repair Work Mentioned In The Title Of Properties Owned By The Municipality Of Vihti (E.G. Schools, Kindergartens, Health Center And Library), As Well As Properties And Premises Under Management And Responsibility, As Invoicing Work On An Hourly Basis Or At A Fixed Total Price From 1 November 2026 To 30 October 2028. The Contract Can Be Extended With Two One-Year Options At A Time (1+1 Years) In 2029 And 2030. The Estimated Value Of The Procurement, €5,400,000, Applies To The Entire Framework Arrangement And Contractual Partners. Contractors Are Required To Provide Site-Specific Construction And Warranty Time Deposits (> €25,000.00 Sites). The Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With The General Contract Terms Of Construction Contracts Yse 1998, As Well As Project-Specific Contract Documents. The Acquisition Includes An Option Option, Which Entitles Vihdin Municipalitys Subsidiaries Vihdin Toimitilat Oy And Nummelanharjun Energia Oy To Join The Framework Arrangement.
