Offers Are Requested For The Renovation Of The Vähänkyrö Church As A Split Contract:- Construction Contract As The Main Contract- Hvac Contract (Subordinated Side Contract)- Electrical Contract (Subordinated Side Contract)- Av Contract (Subordinated Side Contract)- Interior Painting Work Contract (Subordinated Side Contract)- Facade Painting And Plastering Work Contract (Subordinated Side Contract) The Construction Project Includes According To The Tender Documents For The Renovation Of The Vähänkyrö Church Renovation Project. The Vähänkyrö Church Was Built In 1803. In The Site Plan, Both The Church Building And The Yard Area Are Protected With The Designation Sr-1. Vähänkyrö Church Is Under Protection According To The Church Act. The Protection Also Applies To The Fixed Interior Of The Building, Related Paintings And Works Of Art, And The Courtyard Area. The Renovation Project Includes E.G. Space Changes, Renovation Of Structures And Renewal Of Building Technology. The Interior Spaces Are Modified To Be More Multi-Purpose And Accessibility And Safety Are Improved. Subfloor Structures Are Renewed, Harmful Substances Are Removed And Facade Plastering Is Renewed/Repaired. The Building Technology Will Be Completely Renewed And The Heating System Will Be Changed From Direct Electric Heating To District Heating. Fire And Rescue Safety Will Be Improved E.G. By Building A New Rescue Route And Lifting Point. In Addition, The Tower Part Of The Church Will Be Equipped With A Dry Sprinkler System.
