The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Support The Development Of A Clearer And More Coherent Organization Of The Child Welfare Prevention System And To Define The Role And Responsibility Of The Child Welfare Department Of The Social Insurance Board In This System. In The Course Of The Work, Existing Studies, Analyzes And Field Materials Are Synthesized In Order To Structure The Understanding Of The Organization Of Child Welfare Prevention, The Roles Of The Parties, Cooperation Needs And Areas Of Development. As A Result Of The Work, A Description Of The Role Of The Child Welfare Department Of The Social Insurance Board And A Practical Cooperation And Implementation Model Will Be Prepared, Which Will Support The Systematic Design And Implementation Of Prevention Activities In Cooperation With Local Governments, The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Other Partners.
