Descriptionoslobygg Kf Has Been Commissioned To Establish A New Special Department At Hovseter School For Pupils Diagnosed With Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Total Gross Floor Area (Bta) Is 1,234 M² Spread Over Two Floors As Well As A Technical Room On The Roof. The Building Must Be Built In Solid Wood, With Visible Wood Surfaces And External Aluminum Cladding, And Must Meet Requirements For The Plus House Standard. The Building Must Have Robust And Adapted Solutions That Meet The Needs Of The Target Group. A Separate Outdoor Area Will Be Created Which Will Be Integrated Into The Existing Outdoor Facilities.
