Descriptionthe Framework Agreement Shall Cover The Clients Needs For Mechanical Contractor Services And Other Work That Naturally Falls Under This For The Caoc Project In Bodø Municipality. The Agreement Is Not Exclusive, And Forsvarsbygg Reserves The Right To Procure Equivalent Services Through Other Contracts Or Contracting Assignments When This Is Considered Appropriate. The Framework Agreement Includes Contractor Services Within Building And Construction As Mentioned In The Main Chapters From Ns 3420. Limitations Are Set By The Listed Skilled Workers And Machines In The Price Form As A Starting Point. In Addition, There Will Be Some Special Work As Stated In The Assignment Description Part Iii - Appendix 7 - Technical Assignment Description Where In Some Cases There May Be A Need For Machinery/Equipment That Does Not Appear In The Price Form, The Contractor Must Then Be Able To Provide Such Equipment.
