The City Of Douglasville Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Contractors For The Brightstar Road At Brightstar Connector Intersection Improvements Project.This Project Includes A Comprehensive Upgrade Of The Existing Intersection, With Improvements To The Traffic Signal System, Pedestrian Facilities, Pavement Markings, And Roadway Signage. Major Components Of The Work Include Installation Of Mast-Arm Traffic Signal Infrastructure, Video Detection, Underground Connectivity, Sidewalks And Ada-Compliant Ramps, As Well As New And Extended Striping, Crosswalks, Stop Bars, And Related Signing And Marking Improvements.The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For Providing The Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Engineering Necessary To Complete The Improvements While Maintaining The Flow Of Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic Throughout Construction.
