Separate Item No. 6 (Worth 7,000.00 (Seven Thousand) Euros Excluding Vat) In The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value. All Participants In The Performance Of The Service Of Public Transport Of Passengers On Bus Lines Of Municipal, Regional And Republican Transport Schemes Must Comply With The Normative Requirements Of National And European Legislation For The Transport Of Passengers. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Contractor And Is As Follows: Op 1 - 5 Years; Op 2 – 3 Years; Op 3 – 3 Years; Op 4 – 3 Years; Op 5 – 5 Years; Op 6 – 5 Years. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Order, As Well As The Estimated Values ​​Of The Order For The Respective Individual Items, Have An Indicative Nature For The Term Of The Contracts And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Spend The Entire Total Estimated Value Of The Order, As Well As The Specified Estimated Values ​​For The Respective Individual Items, As It/They May Be Exceeded. The Contract Value For Each Op Is Equal To The Estimated Value Of The Position.
