The Roof Of The Tp Building Of Noi - Montana Is Flat, With A Drainage Slope Of About 2%. In 2018, A Repair Was Carried Out, During Which Heat Insulation Was Laid, Cement Screed Was Made With Two Layers Of Bituminous Waterproofing With A Sprinkling Of Mineral Shale And Laying Of Bitumen Glue, New Gutters And Downpipes Were Installed. Currently, There Are Compromised Sections In Places Along The Laid Bituminous Waterproofing, As Well As In The Connection With The Neighboring Building, Around The Chimneys. Where The Bitumen Has Peeled Off, Pockets Have Formed Which, When It Rains, Fill With Water, Which Seeps Under The Insulation And Causes Leaks In The Stairwell Between The Fifth And Fourth Floors And From The Ceilings In The Rooms On The Fifth Floor. The Purpose Of The Planned Partial Repair Is To Eliminate Existing Leaks, Prevent Moisture From Entering And Causing New Damage To The Building. The Planned Construction And Repair Works, Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Are: 1. Inspection And Marking Of Compromised Areas. 2. Dismantling Of Compromised Existing Bituminous Waterproofing; 3. Cleaning Of The Uncovered Section Of The Roof, Removal, Loading And Removal Of Construction Waste; 4. Delivery And Priming (Twice) With Bitumen Primer On Exposed Surfaces; 5. Delivery And Laying Of A Bitumen Membrane / Waterproofing / By Gas Flame Welding.
