Upon Completion Of The Order, Major Repair, Restoration And Conservation Of The Lyuben Karavelov Regional Library, Ruse, Dondukov Korsakov St. No. 1, Pi 63423.2.5588 Should Be Carried Out According To Cc - Staged Implementation Building Permit No. 560/19.12.2025 Has Been Issued For The Site Based On A Project Agreed In The Ninsk And A Positive Opinion Has Been Issued. The Construction Category Is Third According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters C And G Of The Zut; Art. 6, Para. 3, Item 4 And Art. 7 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 Of The Mrrd On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types In The Republic Of Bulgaria. To Realize The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Construction And Assembly Activities Will Be Carried Out In Three Stages, Namely: Stage I: Provision Of A Second Evacuation Exit For The Cinema Hall Stage Ii: Restoration And Conservation Of The Old Part (Roof, Facade And Interior) Stage Iii: Introduction Of Measures For An Accessible Environment The Following Activities Are Planned: Construction Of A Part Of A Stairwell, Providing A Second Exit From The Cinema-Camera Lounge; Construction Of An Elevator In The Central Lobby Of The New Part Of The Building; Building New Ramps Inside And Outside The Building; Implementation Of Conservation And Restoration Of The Buildings Facades And Roof, Etc. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, Including: - Temporary Construction; - Supply Of Necessary Materials And Equipment; - Construction And Installation Works; - Preparation Of Executive And Executive Documentation; - All Activities Regarding The Acceptance Of The Implementation By A Commission Appointed By Order Of The Minister Of Culture, Which Checks The Submitted Documentation For The Object, Establishes The Quality Of The Performed Conservation And Restoration Works; - Activities During The Period For Notification Of Defects And Warranty Period Of Construction And Installation Works According To Bulgarian Legislation.
