The Current Public Procurement Has The Object Construction Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Para. 1 Item 1, B. B - Design And Implementation Of Construction From The Pdo - For The Reconstruction And Replacement Of The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Lovsko, Loznitsa Municipality, Razgrad Region. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of A Technical Project, Within Which To Develop An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 / 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Other Applicable Current Legislation, As Well As The Requirements For Developing The Technical Project Laid Down In The Technical Specification; Activity 2 - Implementation Of The M&D For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, In Which The Actual Implementation Of The Planned M&D For The Site Will Be Carried Out, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In Accordance With The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of M&D And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Activity 3 - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Cmr Of The Site, Within Which The Contractor Exercises Authors Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Carry Out Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project, According To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws Issued On Its Basis.
