The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Adapted Milk For Newborns For The Needs Of Sbalag - Maichin Dom Ead, Described In Detail In The Attached Technical Specification, With Its Own Serial Number, Description Of The Minimum Requirements, Unit Measure And Estimated Quantity. The Amounts Of Formula Milk For Newborns Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Party To Purchase The Entire Amount. The Specific Amounts Are Determined By The Actual Needs Of The Diagnostic And Treatment Activity And The Condition Of The Newborn Children. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes The Value Upon Contract Renewal And The Value Of The Option To Award Additional Supplies Specified In The Invitation To Participate. Adapted Milks For Newborns Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Food Act, Regulation (Eu) No. 609/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 June 2013 On Foods Intended For Infants And Young Children, Foods For Special Medical Purposes And Substitutes For Whole-Day Nutritional Intake For Body Weight Regulation, Delegated Regulation (Eu) 2016/127 Of The Commission Of 25 September 2015 On Supplementing Regulation (Eu) No. 609/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Regarding The Specific Requirements For The Composition And Provision Of Information On Infant Formula And Transitional Foods And Regarding The Requirements For Information Related To The Feeding Of Infants And Young Children And Commission Delegated Regulation (Eu) 2016/128 Of 25 September 2015 Supplementing Regulation (Eu) No. 609/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Regarding The Specific Requirements For The Composition And Provision Of Information On Foods For Special Medical Purposes.
